These projects represent real commissions developed under active timelines and programmatic requirements. While not all advanced to construction or full budget resolution, each was approached with the same rigor as a built project. Because they originate in the conceptual and schematic phases, this work captures design intent in its most distilled form—where spatial ideas, material language, and architectural logic are established before the constraints of construction. Together, these projects reveal the foundation of the designer’s thinking and play an essential role in the overall design pedigree.
